The Bulldog Gear - JR1 Bearing Jump Rope - Short Handle.

Using a six-bearing design, these ropes are light, fast and nimble - ideal for fast double unders.

They are fully adjustable for all heights with an allen key locking mechanism.

Six-bearing design: four high-quality cartridge bearings and female rod end bearings. 

Handle Length: 13.5cm 

Injection Moulded Tapered Handles: 19mm diameter tapered down to 12mm.

Black coated rope is 3 metres long and 2.5mm in diameter.

We recommend that you use your rope on a rubber or non-abrasive surface.
