Thermally heat-treated to a tensile strength of 190,000 PSI.
Each sleeve has 5 needle roller bearings giving the bar a smooth rotation, while the perfect blend of passive-aggressive knurl means that grip will not be sacrificed, nor will the hands tear from repetitive lifting.
The Bulldog Cerakote Bar weighs 15kg and is 25mm in diameter, with dual knurling marks for both Powerlifting and Olympic Lifting. The shaft is coated using a ceramic coating giving a long-lasting vibrant colour and the sleeves are plated with a black hardened chrome finish for increased abrasion resistance.
It is precision straightened to within 0.1mm, end to end, to allow smooth rotation of the needle roller bearings. Each sleeve and collar has been friction welded to guarantee the maximum strength possible.
To ensure our high manufacturing standards, we implement strict parameters that utilise micro-hardness tests and scans across all batches of barbells.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Warranty against bending does not cover any bar which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage, or handling by the user. Negligent or faulty use includes abusive dropping of the bar (i.e., dropping the bar on a box, bench, spotter arms or pins in a power rack, excessive dropping with insufficient or damaged bumpers, or excessive dropping with iron plates, and similar usage). Any specific issues regarding a Bulldog Gear product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 18mm thick rubber matting must be used and the bar must not be stored with weights loaded on a rack. Indoor use only, normal wear and tear does not fall under warranty. Warranty only valid for the original purchaser.
