Up your Weighted Vest training routine with a pair of our ergonomically shaped, cast iron Weight Vest plates. The gentle contouring of the plates provide a more comfortable fit sitting closer to the body to minimise potential rubbing.

These plates are compatible with the Bulldog Gear Tactical Weight Vest, the plates fit snugly into the weight pocket on the front and back of the vest.

These plates are also ideal for Military operators looking for bergen weight, even if you don't use a specific Weight Vest the plates are great for packing into backpacks or for weighted carries.
