The EZ Curl Bar is designed to limit stress on the wrists which reduces the risk of injury - especially when performing bicep curls.
The bar itself has a 28mm diameter with a chrome black shaft, matched with silver chrome sleeves. Weighing 10.5kg with a loadable sleeve length of 190mm.
