The Bulldog Gear Ballistic Block is a simple but effective tool for various exercises and uses in the box.
Made from recycled crumb rubber, the Bulldog Ballistic Block is a hard wearing alternative for a plyobox - for box squats or scaled box jumps or used as a carry in a strongman workouts.
The block can also be used as a bench or to help small athletes reach the rig for movements such as toes to bar or pull ups.
