The Bulldog Gear Challenger sled is built like a tank and will outlast the toughest use.
The sled is MIG welded and weighs in at 40KG, the Challenger comes with sled strap attachments on both ends and durable, long lasting galvanised uprights.
Sleds are great for push and pull workouts to build all round general physical preparedness. Whether it's backwards sled pulls to work on your hamstrings and posterior chain or forward sled pushes for quadricep development. There are a whole host of exercises you can use to add variety and stimulus to your workouts.
